Pepper is a graduate of Central State University and The Ohio State University, as well as postgraduate studies at Monclair State University, Columbus College of Art and Design and graduate studies at The Ohio State University. She has studied under many nationally known instructors in their media of interest.
She has received many awards for her art and has exhibited in many midwest galleries and the Alexander, Chastian, DiAfro and Art Pavilion galleries while living in Atlanta.
Since returning to Columbus, Ohio, Pepper has exhibited at the Columbus College of Art and Design, Columbus Cultural Art Center, the King Arts Complex, Ohio Art League Gallery, Schumacher Gallery at Capital University in Bexley, Ohio. She has also exhibited at Chicago's Museum of Science and Industry, the Women's Made Gallery and numerious galleries throughout the midwest. Pepper is an active member of Art for Community Expression.
